I always tend to start with the eyes when drawing Caricatures, I feel like this gives me a feel for the shape, and maps out the rest of the drawing. Every Artist is different, some start with the nose, some start with the head shape. I've tried these ways before but I'm never happy with the outcome! You got to do what feels right for you.
