After demo and prep in Chapter 1, we move into drywall installation, fresh paint, and setting brand-new kitchen cabinets. This is the stage where the house finally begins to take shape.
What once felt abandoned and forgotten is now starting to feel like a home again. This is part of our full house renovation series where we take distressed properties and completely transform them from the ground up.
As both an investor and a designer, I just focus on numbers and I focus on experience. Every decision is structural and aesthetic. Practical and emotional.
