This is the infamous Menendez house at 722 N. Elm Drive in Beverly Hills, California. This is the site of one of the most cold and brutal murders in our lifetime. In this home, Erik and Lyle Menendez killed their parents in the living room of this home. This house is now up for sale for the price of $19.9 million and these photos were taken during an open house on December 3, 2023. I have had many requests for a Menendez video and when an opportunity came up to see the inside of the house, I had to take it.
