Ingredients(Mold size 16cm)
Durian 130g
Coconut milk 130g
Butter 20g
Cream cheese 250g
Egg 3
Sugar in the yolk 15g
Corn starch 15g
Sugar in the white 30g
Tips
1. If you don't like durian, you can forget about it or put mango and banana instead, as long as it is not a fruit with large water, like watermelon.
2. If you don’t make durian flavor, you can use milk instead of coconut milk (someone worry that the milk and durian will be poisoned when mixed).
3. Make sure stirring to yolk quickly while pouring the hot coconut milk butter just in case of the yolk being cooked.
4, Must turn on low heat and keep stirring while boiling custard.
5, Be sure to wrap the foil paper to avoid water during baking if the bottom of mold is removable , can be ignored if the bottom is aptotic.
6. Please preheat the oven 10 minutes before baking.

榴莲肉130g
椰浆130g

砂糖15g(放蛋黄里)
玉米淀粉15g
砂糖30g(放蛋白里)
小贴士
1、如果大家不喜欢榴莲也可以不放,或者放芒果、香蕉泥都行,只要不是水份大的水果。
2、如果不做榴莲口味椰浆就可以用牛奶代替(有朋友担心怕牛奶和榴莲混合后会中毒)
3、把椰浆和黄油加热后倒入蛋黄中一定要快速边搅拌边倒否则怕把蛋黄烫熟。
4、熬卡仕达酱一定开小火慢煮,大火容易熬糊。
5、如果模具是活底的一定要包好锡箔纸以免烤时进水,固底可以忽略。
6、烤之前请提前10分钟预热烤箱。
