“Help your brother whether he is an oppressor or oppressed.”
And how Islam defines true help as stopping oppression

• And the remarkable historical incident where a Jewish citizen won a legal case against the Khalifa, Ali (RA) — in an Islamic court.

We discuss the famous judgment involving Ali ibn Abi Talib (RA) and the Jewish man, where the judge Shurayh ibn al-Harith ruled in favor of the Jew due to lack of evidence — despite Ali (RA) being the ruler of the Muslim world at that time.

This is not mythology.

This is documented Islamic legal history.

Islamic justice does not bend for power.
It does not discriminate by faith.
It does not protect the elite.
