The ingredients for making the fish sauce are mineral water, garlic, red onion, ginger, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, crushed peanuts, and carrots.

Now we prepare the fish sauce, or dipping sauce. First, we add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken soup powder, and ginger, then we mix up and stir the combined ingredients and then we squeeze the fish.
This fish is two kilograms. We squeeze the fish with the sauce so that when we steam it, it will have a good flavor.
Garlic, ginger, and chili are added to the fish to reduce the fishy smell and add a fragrant aroma.
The green onion, chili, and basil are placed on top of the fish.
After that, we take the fish to steam it. This is a steamer. We put the fish in the steamer.
Now we will make the sauce. This is two bowls of mineral water. We add fish sauce, sugar, vinegar, a little bit of salt, and soup flour. We mix and stir them together and then we take it to boil.
After boiling, we add red onions, and carrots, when we serve it add the crushed peanuts into the fish sauce.
