Our latest staff engagement pulse survey results have shown some noticeable dips in engagement over the last three – six months. This is not surprising given the significant events and changes experienced in a short space of time. For example, HIS implementation and the publication of our CQC report, on top of A&E pressures that have been relentless. You’ve done a brilliant job continuing to deliver excellent patient care under challenging circumstances. In recognition of this, we want to give you something back. This is why we are launching the WWL People Promise.
