🍞 Dough Ingredients:
2½ cups (315g) all-purpose flour
2¼ tsp (7g) active dry yeast
¾ cup (180ml) warm water (about 100–110°F / 38–43°C)
2 tbsp (25g) sugar
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp neutral oil (canola, vegetable, or sunflower)
🥩 Filling Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground Wagyu beef
1 medium carrot, finely minced (use food processor)
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp Shaoxing wine
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp white pepper
