Bonus Video - I know it's Tuesday. This video though is really simple and kind of a mess so I thought I'd just go ahead and upload it. I get asked a lot about putting egg in coffee or having butter in coffee being keto and such. It is a topic that comes up frequently in keto groups too as well as amongst people who have chickens that are high producing eggs (RG detail - I love eggs and somehow managed to make several friends with chickens providing me with easy access to farm fresh eggs.
Anyway! I hope you like it and 100% try blending up your coffee with an egg and butter. It sounds weird, but it tastes great!
