Monk (Tony Shalhoub) heads to Las Vegas to investigate the suspicious death of a woman in an elevator, the prime suspect being her wealthy casino owner husband (special guest star James Brolin).
From Monk Season 3 Episode 14 'Mr. Monk Goes To Vegas' - In the middle of the night, Monk receives a phone call from a drunken Stottlemeyer, who has gone to Las Vegas for a fellow officer's bachelor party. Stottlemeyer believes that a wealthy casino owner has murdered his wife, but he needs Monk's help to prove that the death wasn't an accident.
Monk (2002 - 2009): Former cop Adrian Monk was a star officer till he develops an obsessive-compulsive disorder. Now he struggles with simple everyday tasks but continues to investigate cases.
