What you will need :
Ingredients:
1) 3- 4 Raw Green Bananas/ Green Plantains
2) 1/4 cup Rice Flour
3) 2 Tbsp Corn Flour
4) Neutral Flavour Oil ( for frying)
5) 1/4 tsp Tumeric Powder
6) 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder ( non spicy variety)
7) 1/8 tsp Pepper Powder
8) 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
9) Salt as per taste
Method:
1) Cut the raw bananas/plantains & soak in water to prevernt them from browning. Rinse patt dry it.
2) Next in a bowl add all the spices, salt & a splash of water. Mix well make a paste consisitency.
3) Add the cut bananas/ plantains to the paste mix & gently coat everything well.
4) Lastly, add the rice flour, corn flour & again combine & coat everything.
5) Carefully place the fries in the heated oil & fry on medium-high heat untill crispy golden brown.
Serve & Enjoy!
Notes :
1) Adjust the spice mix to your liking the reicpe is very flexible.
2) You may need 1-2 Tbsp of rice flour or corn flour more to adhust your coating depending on how thick or thing you cut your fries
