Canning Teriyaki and Orange Chicken

5 lbs of chicken thighs cut into cubes
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
6 T honey
6 T white wine
4 tsp sesame seed oil
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp non iodized slat

Orange Chicken~
2 lbs chicken thighs cut in cubes
1/4 t ground ginger
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 T soy sauce
1 1/2 T water
5 T white sugar
5 T white viegar
1 c orange juice no pulp

PRESSURE CAN AT 10lbs 90 mins for quarts and 75 min for pints
