Madison Resorts is obviously a project that we have been following for quite sometime. What was once going to be demolished to become condos, was saved and renovated to become Madison Resorts.

The owners of the resort took the condemned Oceanview Motel and the Royal Hawaiian motel down the street and turned them into a Mid-Century Modern oasis.
