When bending conduit it is important to figure out how long the conduit total length will be before cutting it.
After obtaining the total length, we can proceed by subtracting the (GAIN) which is 3/1/4” when working with 3/4” EMT.
Then proceed usually bending the (STUB) the shorter side of the conduit which is usually measured and marked at total height of the stub then subtracted 6” to line up with the arrow and bend the 90°
