We Found GOLD Nuggets in a Secret Waterfall Crevice! (Bathurst NSW)

Описание: Can a red, white, and blue river sluice bring us luck in the historic Bathurst goldfields? Join us as we prospect a new spot in the birthplace of the Australian gold rush!

The day started with a long hike and a lot of empty pans, but the Bathurst bush finally gave up its secrets. We discovered a massive bedrock shelf tucked away near a hidden waterfall—the perfect gold trap. After clearing out the debris (and a few local spiders!), we cracked open a deep crevice and found exactly what we were looking for: two beautiful gold nuggets and a whole lot of heavy black sand.

But the hunt didn't stop at the creek. We pushed  @picketgoldprospecting1133  4x4 truck further out, off-roading onto private property to explore the ghosts of the past. We step inside historic mineshafts, metal detect for lost nuggets, and test pan the old mill workings left behind by the pioneers. While the big nuggets stayed hidden this time, we were stunned to find trace amounts of microfine gold—the tiny remnants of a massive mining history.
