I run hot and cold on these beasties! On the one hand, it'd be GREAT to have all your "stuff" when you get to a stopping place on the road...and those windshields!!! Looking at the road through ALL.THAT.GLASS!
On the other hand - they're 45-50 years old and get 8-10 mpg...but I guess that's not TOO bad mileage, since you're sorta driving a HOUSE!
Love 'em or not - you gotta admit they're cool!!!
This is some footage from 9/26/2022 of the GMCMI Motorhome Fall Convention in Lebanon, Tennessee. There were 80-90 GMC Motorhomes registered, and I was in sensory overload!
Great people! These conventions are big deals! With people from all over the US (and sometimes folks from abroad.)
