NATO nation Finland closed four southeast border crossings with Russia. Finland erected barricades to halt a flow of asylum seekers. The Finnish government has accused Russia of funnelling migrants to the crossings in retaliation for its joining NATO. Finland's prime minister, Petteri Orpo, accused Russia of deliberately helping people without the proper documents to get to the border.
