Mit diesem Rezept kannst du ganz einfach deine Ente Kross selber machen !!
Es dauert nicht lange uns ist auch mega einfach.
Statt 1.200 nur noch 675 kcal (habe mich beim erstellen des Videos verrechnet, deshalb stimmt dort die Angabe von 600 kcal leider nicht)! Und das durch 3 einfache tricks:
1. weniger Nudeln
2. mehr Gemüse
3. weniger Fett
