"Where Ya Headin' Next?" (Full Documentary)

Описание: I lived in my truck for a full year - from December 2021 through December 2022. I bought a new Ford Ranger and put ~45k miles on it while visiting 49 states, 44 national parks, making countless memories along the way. I appreciate you joining me as I reminisce on a trip of a lifetime.

Thank you so much for your support! Admittedly this documentary is the culmination of 80+ videos / 20+ hours of footage that I have already posted. That being said, I added different music, angles, and narration to give more background on everything I could. I get emotional every time I watch the end scenes.

I really wanted this documentary to be as professional as possible. Tweaking audio levels of every clip, transitions, multiple voiceover recordings while sitting in my truck with a simple mic plugged into my phone, so many editing mistakes, and plenty of breakthroughs. I already see how I can improve for the next time; better music, varied transitions, better voiceover/audio quality in general, more variety of shots, and maybe actually wiping the gopro lens from time to time ;) That being said, I did my best and still am super proud of the final product.

After 3 days of failed uploads (libraries closing, Walmart Wi-Fi going out, computer crashes), I sat in a Starbucks in Broomfield, CO for 11 hours while this video rendered and uploaded. Starbucks closed at 8:30pm and I still had 10mins of shivering in 20 degree weather sitting outside & mooching off the Wi-Fi. THANK THE LORD it worked.

The trip now, and only now, feels complete. I have woken up from the dream; now back to reality. I'm not sure what's in store for me in the short term, but I promise I will keep filming as many adventures as possible going forward.
