U.S. Senator says ICE agents "sic attack dogs" on Vancouver man

Описание: U.S. Sen. Patty Murray of Washington condemned the Trump administration as she alleged ICE officers released an "attack dog" on one of her constituents.

Wilmer Toledo-Martinez was lured out of his home in Vancouver on Nov. 14, Murray said, before he was "violently attacked and dragged away."

The senator said Toledo-Martinez was attacked despite not resisting arrest or attempting to flee. His wife and two young children, ages two and three, witnessed the attack.

A good friend of Toledo-Martinez watched the situation unfold outside of their apartment complex.

"They sicced the dog on him; had him on the ground, hitting him," John Williams Sr. said.

KATU News reached out to the man's attorney and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), awaiting response.
