Be safe if trying this at home. Gasoline is very flammable and explosive under certain conditions. I had washed the tanks last fall and left them to dry (over 6 months ago, with the senders out for extra venting).
I used 45% silver brazing alloy. A little goes a long way, watch and learn this old-school technique!
