Patient Mithu Ahmed came to OPD with recurrent UTI and left-sided flank pain. USG & CT Urogram diagnosis showed hydroureteronephrosis. Vesicoureteric Junction Obstruction (VUJO) disease is an obstruction between Ureter & Urinary Bladder. Dr. Chandra Sekhar Patro, consultant Urologist has performed the Ureter reimplantation procedure. The patient is now doing well.
