In the industrial industry we were always converting needlebars to take more common needles and the Internet is full of confusion and contradicting information when it comes to them. Ones for toys machines can be hard to find, especially the 24x3 or 1113. Here I show a quick conversion to solve a problem. If you find that your Singer 40 or 50 is missing stitches this is a cracker and it might give you ideas. Remember the new 24x1 needle I am using goes flat-side to the-inside and thread left-to-right.
