Ingredients:
For the pie crust
160g plain flour, plus extra for rolling
1tbsp sugar
110g butter
Pecans for filling & topping
200g pecans, divided into 2 x 100g portions
Pie filling
3 eggs
200g Dark brown sugar
200ml Golden Syrup
1tsp vanilla extract
2tbsp bourbon (optional)
30g melted butter (optional)
