Hardeeville Mayor Harry Williams exemplifies a passion for public service. During and after a successful 42-year business career, Harry served the people of Rahway, New Jersey as City Councilman, Council Vice President and Council President, in addition to serving on the Planning Board.
His public service career continued when he came to the Lowcountry. Harry was elected to the Hardeeville City Council in 2015, followed by his election as Mayor in 2016. He also serves as the Chairman of the Southern Lowcountry Advisory Board, and is a board member of the Southern Carolina Alliance, and the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce.
Harry was born in Philadelphia, schooled at Rutgers University, has been married to the love of his life for 35 years, and is the proud father of 2.
