1. One at a time
-hands, shoulders, neck, and face relaxed. Elbows stay at 90 degrees. Mimic an action of swinging a hammer or cracking a whip as you drive your elbow back, hand ending up near your back pocket, while your front hand winds up near your cheek. Elbows should lightly rub against ribcage as forearms remain near parallel to each other.
2. Three at a time
-don't shorten the swing or start hinging from the elbow. Should get a little bounce on your knees from generating so much force
3. Work up to full sprint
-be as twitchy and quick as possible. The faster your arms work, the faster your legs will work, as it's impossible to run/sprint and have your legs not coordinate with how fast your arms are moving. It's easier to think about driving your arms harder than it is your legs, so be as quick as possible with your arm drive and your legs will keep up.
