1. Keeping a consistent wake time is more important than a bedtime
2. DO NOT OBSESS OVER 8HRS of sleep (it will make you more stressed and less likely to sleep)
Go to bed with these goals instead:
1. I will not check the time
2. I will not lie in bed if I'm incredibly awake
3. I will start my morning routine at the same time every day
