Meat Jun is a Hawaiian dish of Korean origin, consisting of thinly sliced beef dipped in egg batter and fried. In South Korea, the banchan side dish is called Yukjeon (육전) and can often be found during Korean holiday meals. With Bonnie's version, you can make delicious Meat Jun with just 6 easy ingredients! So easy to make but still so onolicious yummy!
