Описание: The garden season is winding down but that doesn't mean we have finished canning food for the long winter ahead. We harvest the tomatillos, peppers, and tomatoes and shut down the high tunnel for the year.

We clear space in the outdoor garden and prep the garlic row with a generous amount of chicken litter. After planting hardneck garlic we head to the woods to look for Yellowfoot Chanterelles. Eric cooks up the wild mushrooms with onions to serve alongside a moose roast.
