Bread dahi bhalla

Ingredients

White bread slices 10-12 pcs
Sweetened dahi ½ cup
Milk ½ cup
Mixed dry fruits 2 tbsp
Khajur chutney 4 tbsp
Green chutney 4 tbsp
Roasted jeera pwd 1 tsp
Salt ½ tbsp
PAPDI 4-5 pcs
Chaat masala ½ tbsp
Red chilli pwd 1 tsp
Pomegranate 2 tbsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger julienne a few
Green Chillies a few



In a mixer grinder add bread slices and grind them.
Transfer it to a bowl, add red chilli pwd, jeera pwd, salt, milk and mix it.
Take some portion, stuff it with mixed dry fruits and make a round ball.
Heat oil in a pan, and deep fry them.
In a bowl, add warm water, hing and salt. Keep it ready while bhallas are frying.
Once they are golden brown in color, remove them and transfer it to warm water.
Remove extra water by pressing them lightly with your hands.
Place them in a serving plate, add sweet curd, mithi chutney, green chutney, roasted jeera pwd, salt, chaat masala, red chilli pwd, pomegranate, papdi, chopped coriander, green chillies and ginger juliennes.
