This camera is still available second hand from many eBay sellers at really good prices. It also has a microphone input where you can add a microphone or lavalier microphone on, and makes these cheap Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video Cameras, a good deal, that shoot really good video. They record at I think 18mpbs if I remember correctly, which is about 5 mbps more than what your video will be once YouTube converts it after your video upload, (all HD video and HD video at 60fps are about 10 and 13 mbps respectively) so better MBPS rate than YouTube keeps your video at!
