On Thursday, the ACLU of South Carolina is expected to speak out against legislation that would require local law enforcement agencies to collaborate with federal immigration authorities.
Representatives of the ACLU-SC, Midlands SC Defensa, and local faith leaders plan to hold a press conference at the South Carolina State House to outline their opposition to H. 4764, the ICE Collaboration bill.
