Описание: This footage is taken from Hal Willner's 2014 Tribute to Allan Sherman. I am sharing it with you here because it is a good example of what happens when great musicians and comedians come together to celebrate the genius work of artists that they admire and respect.

Nobody brought people together better than the great Hal Willner who was a producer with a "Mind like a Mixtape." Next year is the 10th anniversary of this event as well as the 100th birthday year since Allan's birth and we would like to celebrate both Hal and Allan with a new and improved Televised tribute special.

Our goal is to make something that will honor the memories of both Hal and Allan. Hal for his tremendous drive, vision, and care that he took in sharing interesting music with the world, and Allan for the tremendous gift of laughter he had and the legacy that he left us through his remarkably influential music and comedy.
