Welcome back to Tales from Tuscany!
We are Marisa and David, Australian expats now living part-time in Chianni Tuscany.
During the Global Pandemic, we decided to buy our Italian dream home, sight unseen and with no prior knowledge of the area.
This is our journey!

Seasonal greetings to all our beautiful viewers.

We hope that you all had the most amazing Christmas or if you don't celebrate Christmas like we do, then we send our very best seasonal wishes to you all!

This week in "Tales from Tuscany", we are definitely staying closer to home in Chianni, with loads of furniture arriving at the house, new objects being paced and put together and a real feeling of "becoming a home" starting to happen! It makes us so happy!

You'll experience some typical village life with us ...eating out in Chianni, evening strolls and we also take an afternoon off from decorating to discover the incredibly charming village of Lajatico (birthplace of Andrea Bocelli and home to his yearly outdoor concerts).
