In Correctional work there are times when you are up on your feet and lots of times sitting. Couple that with duty belt and a vest, it will wreak havoc on your back.
Try out these three exercises to help stretch and strengthen your back.
Set a timer for 3-4 sets of 30-45 sec of time to complete each exercise. Focus on slow controlled movement.
