These BBQ Shotgun Shells are our twist on a smoked treat.
Ingredients:
10-12 Manicotti Shells
1 Pound Ground Italian Sausage
1 Jalapeno, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Red Onion
Pork Seasoning (Meat Church Hot Honey Hog used for this recipe)
Thin Cut Bacon (2 slices per manicotti shell)
Sweet and Smoky BBQ Sauce
