而且不醒不發酵,短短幾分鐘就可以享用
材料:5~6個
低筋麵粉 100g
白玉粉 100g
砂糖 50g (這已經是減糖配方,如果要沾白巧克力或糖醬,建議再減10g。喜歡甜味的朋友可以不要減)
泡打粉 7g
豆腐 200g(軟硬皆可,但要視麵團濕軟度適當加水。要少量少量的加,以免加過多,否則中途再加粉,整個配方就亂了⋯)
製作時注意事項
1⃣️搓圓時,手掌沾點水再搓。沾一點點就好,沾過多水就不好搓。
2⃣️搓好的圓在烘焙紙上排圓形時,要緊貼著
3⃣️油溫不可太高或太低,必須控制在160~180℃
溫度太高容易外焦內不熟,溫度太低,炸太久就會過硬過乾
4⃣️下鍋後不要去攪拌,等3~4分鐘之後再翻面
5⃣️隔天雖然不會生硬,但第三天就會太乾不好吃。所以建議在兩天內吃完。
巧克力沾醬:
白巧克力20g+草莓醬½大匙
糖霜:糖粉15g+1小匙檸檬汁
黃豆粉少許
什麼都沒加(喜歡甜的可自行加糖粉)
最後沾的白巧克力無加任何水份,只加天然植物性色粉,所以較濃,也會較甜。如果要沾白巧克力,在麵團的配方上糖可以再減少一些,才不會過甜。

Precautions when making
1⃣️When rubbing the ball, dip your palms in some water before rubbing. Just a little bit is good, too much water is not easy to rub.
2⃣️When the rubbed circles are arranged on the baking paper, they should be close to each other
3⃣️The oil temperature should not be too high or too low, it must be controlled at 160~180°C
If the temperature is too high, it will burn the outside and the inside will not be cooked. If the temperature is too low, it will be too hard and dry if it is fried for too long.
4⃣️Do not stir after cooking, wait for 3~4 minutes before turning over
5⃣️Although it will not be hard the next day, it will be too dry and unpalatable on the third day. So it is recommended to finish eating within two days.
Chocolate Dip:
20g white chocolate + ½ tbsp strawberry jam
Frosting: 15g powdered sugar + 1 tsp lemon juice
a little soybean powder
Nothing is added (if you like sweetness, you can add sugar powder yourself)
The white chocolate dipped at the end does not add any water, only natural vegetable coloring powder is added, so it is thicker and sweeter. If you want to dip in white chocolate, you can reduce the sugar in the dough recipe so that it will not be too sweet.
