While discussing weight loss, I’m also working on cleaning ancient Roman coins I purchased on eBay, using a Dremel rotary tool to carefully remove buildup and reveal details that have been hidden for centuries. Coin restoration is part history, part patience — and part knowing when to stop.

I also touch on a damaged bridge in my town that I filmed and shared on Facebook. The video unexpectedly caused a lot of community attention and debate, which was… not exactly what I had planned. Small towns have a way of turning everyday observations into big conversations.
