Lets be honest - you can’t beat perfectly cooked, crispy bacon. Here I show you how to bake bacon in the oven with hardly any mess to clean up afterwards.
Use this method to bake bacon strips or rashers and depending on how crispy you like your bacon will depend on how long you oven bake it for. Bake direct on foil or a wire rack to make it healthier.
Here I use bacon rashers as it's more common in the UK.
