In 1963, Halloween night, Michael Myers killed his 17 year old sister, when he was just 6. He was sent to Smith's Grove Sanatorium and, 15 years later, he escaped.

Michael went back to Haddonfield to kill his younger sister, Laurie Strode. But failed.

10 years later, he woke up from a coma and discovered that his sister was dead, and the only person that remained from his family was his niece, Jamie Lloyd. He tried killing her, but failed.

1 year later, he tried again, but Jamie managed to make a human contact with her uncle, proving that there's still humanity on him.

After the events of Halloween 5, a cult kidnapps Michael and Jamie. Those guys are part from the Thorn Cult. Michael has the Thorn Curse, which locks his humanity inside and forces him to kill his family.

But, the leader wants to continue the curse, so he controls Michael to r$&pe his own niece and make her pregnant.

Michael wasn't evil. It was an external force which made him behave this way. Atleast, in this story...
