Описание: Welcome to Part 1 of my Toledo Real Estate Investing Series! My name is Dave Poeppelmeier, licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Citywide in Toledo, Ohio, and I want to share a little about who I am and why I help people invest here in Northwest Ohio.

I’ve been an active real estate investor in Toledo since 2014. My wife and I own multiple single-family rental properties near the University of Toledo, and I bring that experience into every client relationship. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked as a Physical Therapist for 20 years, much of it in home care, which gave me first-hand knowledge of neighborhoods and housing throughout the Toledo metro area.

Since becoming a full-time Realtor in 2020, I’ve helped clients buy and sell hundreds of properties, closing over $28 million in sales. I work especially with out-of-town investors who want someone on the ground who understands both the housing market and the mindset of an investor. I look at real estate not just by the price per square foot, but also through the lens of rental income, cash flow, and long-term investment potential.
