Samsung has really done something awesome here - RAID like performance with only one SSD.
The average of the read speed is between 2GB/s and 3BG/s. The average write speed is between 2GB/s and 2.2GB/s.
Without RAPID mode enabled the read and write speed is 510 MB/s and 410 MB/s respectively. But remember that it only speeds up your cache file witch is sent to you pc's RAM.

Samsung 160GB Hard drive
Seagate 500GB Hard drive
Processor: Intel Core-i5 4690K @ 3.5 GHz
GPU: MSI gtx 960 100Million Edition
PSU: Corsair RM 650W
Motherboard: MSI H97 PC Mate
CPU Cooler: Deepcool Lucifer
The con is that RAPID mode uses 1GB of system memory for caching and can only be applied to one SSD per computer. The pro is that you only need one SSD to get the same or even better performance than a RAID setup.
