In this part, I'm diving into the Super CD-ROM², which had a lot more problems and capacitors that I anticipated!
A viewer sent in this lovely Japanese console for repair, the NEC PC Engine Core Grafx II and the Super CD-ROM². In part 1, I tackled the Core Grafx II with a full clean and recap, and it turned out great.
