"DreamRiser" is a song by Japanese singer ChouCho, and was released as her sixth single in October 2012.

It was used as the opening theme for the anime series "Girls und Panzer" (ガールズ&パンツァー), which tells the story of high-school girls who learn how to operate historical World War II-era tanks...
