Here are the recipes 👇
🍌 Oats + Banana Porridge
✨️ Take 3-4 spoons of oats and half a glass water
✨️ Cook the oats in water on medium flame for 5-6 minutes or until they're cooked according to you
✨️ Keep the consistency according to baby's age by adding more water for younger babies
✨️ Add mashed banana once the oats are cooked
🥣 Khichdi (Dal + Rice + Lauki + Carrot)
✨️ Soak yellow moong dal, masoor dal, and rice in water fir an hour
✨️ Finely chop lauki (bottle gourd) and carrot
✨️ Take desi ghee into a vessel on medium flame
✨️ Add chopped lauki and carrot
✨️ Add turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder and saute the mixture
✨️ Now add the soaked dal and rice along with some water
✨️ Cook until the khichi is ready (Adjust consistency based on baby's age)
✨️ You can mash the khichdi (if your baby is older and can chew well then no need to mash it)
🍽 Veg Protein Cutlet
✨️Soak 2-3 spoons poha in water for 15 minutes
✨️ Mash one small boiled potato
✨️ Add grated paneer
✨️ Squeeze out water from poha and add it with potato and paneer
✨️ Add coriander powder, turmeric, and cumin powder
✨️ Add a little water and mix well to get the desired consistency for cutlet/tikki (make sure it's soft)
✨️ Shallow fry in desi ghee
