Comparing ARC B580 QuickSync vs NVENC using H264 @ 6000 Kbps - twitch streaming limit

Описание: QuickSync is from ASRock Intel ARC B580 in the second PCI-E slot.
NVENC is from GTX 4060 in main one
Comparison was done by multi streaming the same scene with both GPUs , then viewing and recording a lossless video on another machine in real time. What we're finally watching here is frame by frame comparisons of the lossless capture.

Source playback is from a ProRes lossless export, though some of the original footage itself is grainy, it's obvious when that's the case. The NVENC encoder is not set to maximum because it overshoots and spikes the bitrate above 7000, therefore twitch starts dropping and skipping frames, lagging slightly especially when there are extremely fast paced scenes or transitions like this one. At the current moment QSV is staying well within its bounds in terms of bitrate. And yes, both are CBR, but yet in reality it slightly varies around the target bitrate.
