We use Vegan chocolate, for vegan chocolate covered strawberries, but feel free to use the chocolate chips that are fit for your family. Our family recipe for chocolate covered strawberries only calls for two ingredients- chocolate chips and strawberries. For diy Valentine's Day gifts, we make it look fancy with low cost bamboo sticks and popsicle bags, which we added the amazon links below for both items, but you can dress the diy chocolate covered strawberries up however you would like.
