Описание: Omelette makes a great breakfast. This fluffy omelette with strawberries makes a fantastic valentine's day breakfast, if you have an extra 15 mins in the morning, then I'm sure you would enjoy it with the one you love.

The trick here is to make your omelette mixture very airy, almost like a cake batter. Keep your stove on low heat to prevent the bottom of the omelette from burning & cook it for at least 10 mins until the top part is firm.

3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon butter per omelette

250g strawberries
1 tablespoon powder sugar/ vanilla sugar for strawberries

powder sugar for dusting
