Описание: I MADE IT TO WEEK 2 ON OMAD! This week was a tough one! I feel like my body lost so much weight the first week and decided to take a chill the second week, but I also know I didn't push myself as hard as I did the first week, and was a bit more lenient when it came to tracking my calories! I will learn from my mistakes this week and do better on Week 3!
