कक्षा 10 गणित की प्रश्नावली 4.1 के प्रश्न 2 के अंतर्गत कई स्थितियाँ दी गई हैं, जिन्हें हमें द्विघात समीकरणों के रूप में निरूपित करना है। आपको प्रत्येक स्थिति को हल करने के लिए उसकी चर राशियों को मानना होगा, दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार समीकरण बनाना होगा और फिर उसे मानक रूप ax² + bx + c = 0 में लाना होगा। उदाहरण के लिए, यदि भूखंड की चौड़ाई x है और लंबाई 2x + 1 है, तो समीकरण 2x² + x - 528 = 0 होगा।
प्रश्न 2 को हल करने का तरीका
1. चर राशियों को मानना:
सबसे पहले, दी गई स्थिति के आधार पर किसी अज्ञात राशि को एक चर, जैसे x, के रूप में मान लें।
2. समीकरण बनाना:
प्रश्न में दी गई शर्तों के अनुसार, अपनी मानी हुई चर राशियों का उपयोग करके एक समीकरण बनाएँ।
3. मानक रूप में लाना:
बनाए गए समीकरण को ax² + bx + c = 0 के रूप में व्यवस्थित करें, जहाँ a ≠ 0 हो।
एक उदाहरण
स्थिति:
"एक आयताकार भूखंड का क्षेत्रफल 528 वर्ग मीटर है। भूखंड की लंबाई (मीटर में) इसकी चौड़ाई के दोगुने से एक अधिक है।"
हल:
माना भूखंड की चौड़ाई = x मीटर।
तो, भूखंड की लंबाई = 2x + 1 मीटर।
हम जानते हैं कि आयताकार भूखंड का क्षेत्रफल = लंबाई × चौड़ाई।
इसलिए, 528 = (2x + 1)x।
समीकरण को खोलने पर: 2x² + x = 528।
इसे मानक रूप में लाने पर: 2x² + x - 528 = 0।
